To be honest, before we went on this trip, I hesitated and thought to myself that I wouldn't like it there, or even worse, the people there wouldn't like us.
But I got over these things the moment we set foot there as we were greeted and welcomed there with pleasure from everyone in there.
I really enjoyed talking to Nancy from the retirement community as there was, to my amazement, a lot of things in common between the two of us. For example, we are both outgoing people, we both enjoy watching movies and we both would love to travel to new places and to countries we've never been to before.
Honestly, nothing was challenging about it.
My advice would be ; Do not miss the opportunity to go just because you're not sure you'll like it, you'll never find out what it's like to go and be there unless you actually go on the trip and be there!
